This spacious home is uniquely set up with sleeping accommodations for 10! It features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main house has a queen-size bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and one bathroom. Off the interior patio and above the garage is another bathroom and two additional bedrooms: one king-size and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. The spacious living room has a fireplace, TV/DVD, and is open to the dining area as well as the interior patio. The kitchen has a dishwasher and small breakfast area. Enjoy the sights sitting on the large front patio or dine in the interior patio with BBQ. Also includes a one-car garage space and laundry.

  Fourth year in this spacious, well maintained house. Excellent location to enjoy days at the bay Renting SUPs, and boogie boarding. Nice walk to ferry, and Marine Ave to enjoy shops and restaurants like the VIP. Easy drive to Newport Beach to enjoy ocean activity, and one night a hot dog roast at Balboa.   Balboa Island is a great place for a family vacation. This house has 4 bedrooms and a large living room. The location is great to get to Marine Ave, the beach, and the ferry. Bring fans, as the rooms get warm. Unfortunately the single car garage is too small for our Suburban. The house is pretty well stocked in the kitchen, but I would recommend bringing plastic silverware and cups that can go in the dishwasher because we ran out daily.

  The family room is bigger than most on Balboa and was comfortable. As with many of the older homes, the place gets cold in the winter, but the fireplace did the trick. The big negative is that 2 of the rooms are above the garage. YOu had to leave the main home go outside to enter those rooms. There are 2 rooms in the main house. We were a family of 6 so more difficult with little kids. The 2 rooms off the home sleeps 6 easy.

  House design is great for a grandparents, parents and grandchildren vacation. Enough room for everyone to have their "get away" space when needed, yet also had large common areas to be together. Front patio and living room/dining room particularly nice. I came to Balboa Island in the summer when I was a child and was delighted we could take our kids and grandkids there for a vacation.

  This house is great! It can sleep plenty and has a great set up with the rooms. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two more upstairs. It fits our family perfect! We love the location too! Sapphire is our favorite street. It can be a little noisy being on the corner but it didn't bother me at all!

  We had a great time! This was our second year at this house, we have been vacationing on the island for 40+ years. The house is great for our large family, it is definitely a beach cottage, but very comfortable with everything we needed. It is on a busy corner, so that would be the only real drawback, but it is an easy walk anywhere so that is a great trade-off. We would definitely rent this house again and would rent from Abrams again.

  Loved the home on Park and Sapphire! Only complaint we would have is the AWFUL carpet! Couldn't walk on it barefoot in our bed rooms.   I did not feel the house was overly clean when we checked in, I know it is the busiest time of the summer, so I understand, but I do not think things were as clean as they should have been. The washer was broken for two days, which was inconvenient, but

  The kitchen could have been a little cleaner, the downbstairs shower door needs to be replaces, and the sea grass flooring is very uncomfortable on bare feet. The location is a little noisy.
