  It isn't the fault of the house that the weather was cold and damp. But if you plan on staying here, but aware that the heating system is not adequate for cold weather. In the summer this property is ideal.

  After 28 years of renting another place on the island, we were thrilled to find this lovely beach house. It was such a comfortable, bright home, and so close to the bay. Enjoyed BBQing and eating on the patio. We look forward to returning.

  This house is in a great location and has the bonus of a yard and a small garage for storing bikes, paddle boards, etc. We ate on the patio every night! It is one of the few houses that is stand alone- not shared with a back apartment above the garage. It doesn't have dressers for storing clothing, but has plenty of closet space.

  We had a perfect stay at 224 Pearl. The cottage was perfect for my family. This was the first time we used Abrams Coastal Properties. They were the nicest and most accomodating vacation rental agency we have ever used. We will never use anyone else including VRBO.
