Exquisite Mediterranean-style home with 3 bedrooms and each having their own bath and 2 additional powder rooms off the kitchen and bonus room off the deck. With bay views and just steps from the S. Bayfront, this beauty boasts indoor-outdoor living with a large outside dining/patio and a 3rd floor roof deck w/ built-in BBQ, dry bar, fireplace and flat screen TV. Home also features a lovely living room with fireplace, dining area, fabulous chef's kitchen, custom decor throughout and air conditioning!
Summer rate $4950 plus fees and taxes per week, Saturday to Saturday bookings (seven night minimum) June 8th- September 1st. Available weekly and monthly off-season. Off season nightly minimum is 3 nights.

  This home is in a perfect location. Close to the water, far enough away from downtown, quiet and calm area. Abrams is a wonderful realtor to work with. The heat went out and a part had to be ordered. Hunter brought us portable heaters that worked beautifully for temporary heat.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home immensely. The home is wonderfully decorated with attention to detail both in construction and luxury furnishings. It’s also a perfect location on the island with a short walk to the Ferry or to town for a nice selection of restaurants and shops. The home leaves nothing for want with a well-designed layout and views from every floor including an amazing roof top for dining or relaxing. It also holds amazing views of the bay and surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances and all the items needed to prepare a meal should you decide to stay in and enjoy dining on the patio. There’s plenty of seating at the table for family and friends with a private water fountain and a cozy fire pit all while watching the boats sail by in the harbor. It’s the perfect setting and the best home on the island! We will definitely be back to stay in this lovely home again!

  111 Emerald is one of the best homes we have ever rented in our eight years of coming to Balboa Island. This home is sheer elegance. Each of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom which is a plus when someone is spending the night. The kitchen is equipped with ultra model, first class appliances. The rooftop is phenomenal with a breathtaking view.

  This vacation property is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful, spacious kitchen with everything you need. Nice bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom; a major plus.   We had a great week here with our family! The house was very stylist ....and clean and had lots of really great features! The gourmet kitchen was a plus for a cook! And we loved the roof top with its views and features. As far as location? We loved the location!! We usually stay closer to the Main Street in town......but we liked this better! Very quiet. The house was overall perfect for us! And we will definitely stay here again!
