    This rental is a beautiful home. It is very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

    We were so comfortable in this home! Being there over Christmas, the owners had put up a wonderful tree and decorations which made us feel like it was home. We were able to have our kids and grandkids with us and it was perfect. Stocked very well and there was nothing we needed. We would love to stay there again!!

    For the discerning traveler looking for a meticulously-maintained family home on the "Quiet-End" of the Island, 117 Emerald more than qualifies as this destination. The home hits all the high points: air conditioned, rooftop deck, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths upstairs, well designed first floor with center-island kitchen, adjoining dining area and living room that flows out to a well-appointed front deck with dining table and barbecue. A separate laundry room, half bath and two car garage complete the back of the first floor. The owners have produced a well-organized, fully furnished beach residence. Once again, Don Abrams' team (esp. Shannon Horan) have made the rental process straight forward and pleasant. A "home run" experience any way you look at it.

    Well equipped house. Kitchen had everything you would need. Garage had beach towels, beach chairs to take onto beach. Games cupboard well stocked. Quiet road near the ferry. Not air conditioned as advertised. We were family of 5 and good size. However with 10 people (which it can sleep) I think it would be a squash. Only seats 6 on outdoor table.
