Relax and enjoy the views and people watching on the South Bayfront. This home was completely remodeled in 2015 with family and friends and comfort in mind. This two story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home faces south with a spectacular sunrise to sunset views of the Bay. In the distance you can see the Historic Pavilion, Newport Peninsula and Pacific Ocean.

The Mid-century styling of the original home was kept while adding comfort and all the modern conveniences you'd expect. The open and airy feeling is achieved by the open floor plan, full view windows, and 9' high ceilings throughout the home. The 2-zone heating and air conditioning gives you the best control for any desired comfort level.

The open floor plan on the ground level features a beautiful kitchen, with all new appliances and a spacious island with seating. Many family gatherings have been enjoyed in this area because of it's generous space, specialty lighting and a view of the bay! The dining area features a set of double sliding doors and a dining table that extends to seat 12.

The living room features the most grand view on the ground level. The large stacking sliding glass panel doors allow the patio and living room to become one when fully opened. It also features a 60" LCD TV with internet wifi, cable TV, and bluetooth speaker system.

A media cove, left of the staircase, has a queen sleeper sofa, a second LCD TV, with cable and bluetooth speaker system. A full bath with shower, offers convenience use on the first floor.

The second floor has a master bedroom with King bed, and an amazing south-facing view of the bay, fully operational casement windows, seating areas, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, a master bathroom with separate toilet room, large shower and double sink vanity. A large skylight offers wonderful natural light in the master bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, room darkening window shades, mirrored full closet and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is the "bunk room" with a twin/full bunk and a full trundle bed, mirrored full closet, room darkening window shades and a ceiling fan.There is a hall laundry closet and a full guest bathroom with skylight also on the second level.

The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ and modular dining with 4 tables, 12 chairs and a 5 bench seat. There are also two child sized dining sets: 2 tables and 4 chairs. What more can you ask for? Summer rental available May-August at $5000-$7000. Please note that there is only public street parking available for this home. Paddle boards and bikes available for guest usage.
