  Our family from the UK stayed in this property whilst visiting our son in Newport. We loved this spacious waterfront home,particularly the comfy living areas with great views of the water.The property was well equipped and the master suite was fabulous. The sunsets from the living room were beautiful.We also liked the short stroll to Marine drive with its quaint shops and restaurants.We would definitely stay here again and Abrams rental office were very easy to deal with. They even allowed us a late check out which was great as we had a late flight back to the UK.

  House was everything we hoped for - having a sandy beach just across the walkway was key with young grandchildren. House had many items we had not planned on, such as bath and dish towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, waffle iron, blender, etc. Joe at Abrams Realty was pleasant to work with. Obtaining keys and walking to house was a 5 min process. We regret not renting a SUP earlier but when we finally did, we ended up renting a second one. They were delivered and picked up at the beach house. We Rented Duffy boat and 1/2 fishing boat excursion thru Davey Jones Locker. Debra Huse Gallery had a plein air show going on the same week, which added to the fun. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

  We always love our stay and the house is great. The house is a wonderful house and this year was special has we celebrated a college graduation and the announcement that my grandson and wife are expecting their first baby. You cannot beat the house, the location coupled with being on Balboa Island. Plus the group are Abrams,Sally, Hunter and now Joe, are great to work with. We did not have entire family this year and when we do, we need two house and the group from Abrams is always there to make it happen!!
  
  My one and only complaint would be the refrigerator, needs some help! But don't let that stop you from staying at this great house!!

  We rented this property last year at Christmas and obviously enjoyed our stay because we returned. Several things stand out to us about this "home." And "home" is the keyword here. We ordered a real Christmas tree and had it delivered at noon the day we arrived. And with decorations and lights, it wasn't long before we felt that our home was Christmasy. Our grandchildren enjoyed the decorating and that effort made them feel a part of this event too. The kitchen was awesome. We had every pot and pan, kitchen utensil, dishes and glassware imaginable. Even though we cooked a true Christmas dinner, I never went without the utensils I needed. The view is amazing and all the better for watching two nights of the boat parade.   We have visited Balboa Island numerous times over the years (only for the day trips) but have always loved the feel of this little island/community. This year we stayed for a week to celebrate our son and daughter-in-law's graduations. We had all kinds of plans for what we wanted to do while staying at the beach house (Disneyland, shopping off the island, exploring restaurants in OC) but because of this home with the incredible view, the perfect beach and the ideal location (easy walking distance to Marine Avenue) we ended up staying put and soaking it all in. Could not have been better!
