Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic Island cottage with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Also featuring hardwood floors, living room w/gas fireplace, dining area, one car garage, laundry, front patio and private interior patio with BBQ.
Seven night minimum all year round. For all of our Vacation Rentals, you must provide your own, paper products, soaps, and trash bags.

  We five ladies have been coming to Balboa Island for 32 years. Always rented the same house. This year we made a long overdue change. Wow, did we ever make the right decision!!!! Charming, well equipped, comfortable., airy and everything worked! A medium complaint. Upon closer look, bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. Also, duvet covers had stains on them and felt as though they were not washed. We bring our own sheets, therefore, not having clean duvet covers, is not an acceptable issue. Aside from this, we have "booked" for 2017.

  The property was immaculate and well laid out. We had family and guests, up to six at any one time, and did not feel cramped. Having a garage helped for parking; and the back patio area was good for relaxing in the shade. We were there after Labor Day, so parking was never a problem for multiple vehicles. Wi-fi was available, as were two flat-screen TVs, one in the Living Room; one in the Master Bedroom. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

  Cute little cottage very close to the main street and not too far of a walk to Ruby Beach (for kids). Amenities were good. House was very clean. Loved the large front patio area. Only two things that weren't great were the interior doors (hallway and bedroom doors) didn't stay closed well and the bed in the master wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was wonderful and we will likely stay here again because it's a really good value for a nice clean cute cottage.
