    This is a very nice house and the location was perfect. It is a nice quiet street. The house needs some up grades in the bedding...double bed is not comfortable, The twin beds up stairs are ok but really need an upgrade... Master is wonderful but needs some TLC. The kitchen needs upgrades to the items provided...very old. Oven needs upgrade.
    It is a very sweet house and we enjoyed the front area and close to the bayside beach.
    It was a fun family vacation and I would suggest it to anyone.

    This is the first time we have rented on this side of the island. It is definitely the "quiet end" of the island. We were pleased.
    The house is not air conditioned ( as is the case with the majority of homes on the island) and needs to be opened up immediately upon arrival, but other than that it is wonderful.

    I knew the photos made the house look good but in person it was even better. I've been renting on the Island for over 25 years and this was one of the top five in a very high quality population of houses. Clean, tidy, and convenient with a lot of garage for bikes and kayaks. I'll certainly look for this one when I reserve for 2015.

    We absolutly enjoyed Balboa, the downtown area was great, great shops and great places to eat. We loved our walks around the Island, looking at all the beautiful homes and landscaping. I needed to do some tidying up in the house for my taste since I would be living there for six weeks! After that was done we felt much more relaxed. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, would love to come back again and stay at the same place.

    The windows could use a good clean-up. Also, we found the sofa not really confortable. A new sofa could be a good improvement to enhance longer stay experience.

    We had a fabulous time in Balboa! This property is so close to the ferry and our boys loved to take it to the beach. There are many things to do and the boys also loved playing basketball at a nearby park. I would highly recommend this property and our family would love to come back again!
