Located one block off the main street of Marine Avenue with shops and restaurants at your finger tips. This quaint cottage has two bedrooms and two baths. The sun filled open floor plan with the living room has exposed rafters, fireplace, and dining area opening to the full kitchen. It has a delightful front patio, as well as, a private interior patio with BBQ. Garage (shared) parking for 1 car. Laundry is located in the home. Summer rate $2,500 per week. Seven night minimum during summer peak season with reservations running Saturday to Saturday and some flexibility off peak season.
Available weekly, winter and/or monthly off-season at $3500.

    Celebrated my birthday for a whole month, walking around the island, eating Bal bars, entertaining friends and family, reliving happy memories on Balboa Island.
    It couldn’t have been better. Loved the house and location. Had a garage and guests had lots of street parking. Sunny skies, sweet dreams.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and clean vacation cottage! The location was perfect; just a short walk from the beach and downtown area with shops and restaurants.     I really enjoyed my time at 219 Onyx. The beach house was cozy, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary amenities with the exception of linens.Even though nothing on Balboa Island is too far away, the close proximity of Marine Ave to Onyx Street was ideal and an easy walk for morning coffee. I would certainly recommend this property for a relaxing stay on beautiful,charming Balboa Island.

    This is a cute, well located cottage offering two baths, a plus for a two bedroom unit. Note: while Abrams disclosed that the garage space may not take a larger vehicle (such as an SUV) the reality is it doesn't even take a standard car - likely only a compact, and that should probably be noted for future tenant's consideration.
