Cabin style rear unit with high ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, living room w/ fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, kitchen w/ dishwasher, one garage space and shared laundry. Only outside space with this home is a small deck off the living room. 
For all of our Vacation Rentals,  you must provide your own paper products, soaps, and trash bags. SSeven night minimum during summer peak season and some flexibility off peak season.

  Great house that is well equipped and very spacious. Huge living space with nice high ceilings. The only down side is there isn’t really anywhere outside to relax other than a very small balcony with no table, no shade and no view.

  easy to rent-keys ready-clean- two TVs one in the front room could be larger - second time I've stayed at this address would not have come back if we had a bad time. Close to Disneyland and big A. Love the island good places to eat and get Balboa Bars. Kids love the island - we brought our kids here when they were 6 to 18 and they loved it. This place is a Beach house!

  We've rented this home for the past few summers and always enjoy it. It is not fancy, but clean, well-maintained and in a great location. For Balboa Island, the price is very good. The rental agency is attentive and responsive. The only "down sides" are that there isn't really anyplace outside to hang out (one tiny porch with no view) and there isn't a gas BBQ. The master bedroom could use a new bed- but we might be spoiled by the Tempurpedic we have at home. I would definitely recommend the property.

  The home was perfect for what we needed. Loved the downstairs where the adults stayed, away from the early rising kids. The bathroom downstairs is nice and large. The kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. to make meals. The living room large enough to accommodate all of us.

  We have stayed at this house 3 different times and have always enjoyed it. While other homes on the island may seem "fancier" in their decor, we love the simplicity of this home and the fact that it is very clean and comfortable. It is one of the most reasonably priced on the island. The Abrams staff is always a pleasure to work with.

  Our family really likes this house because it feels like a home. It's conveniently located on the same street as the ferry, for easy peninsula access. At this price/sq foot of living space you cannot find a comparable place to stay on Balboa Island. Decor

  This is our second time staying at 227.5 Agate. The location is great, the property is in decent condition although pretty outdated furniture/interior, but we didn't mind since it was affordable. The only gripe we had was during check-in because there
  was confusion as to if our place was ready or not for a couple of hours. Other than that, we plan on renting this place for years to come!
