Exceptional main house with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, 2 entertainment rooms, fireplace, as well as front and interior patios. The back house mirrors the main house with upgrades throughout. A/C in both units and carport parking for at least 2 cars (there is no garage parking). This duplex rents exclusively as one unit.


WEEKLY: $5,525—$8,000 • MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $12,000

Available: June, July, August weekly, Saturday to Saturday bookings (seven-night minimum). Off-season rentals are available with owner approval. Rates indicated do not include fees or taxes and vary for holiday weeks and Spring Break. Prices are subject to change. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

  Our late summer two week stay at 112 Abalone Avenue will result in repeat visits in the future. The residence was accurately represented in terms of location, layout and amenities on Abrams' website as was the cleanliness of the rooms. Given the narrowness of the back alley and the number of construction vehicles accessing it as an escape route made for difficult parking (only sideways along garage door and a carport space big enough for a smart car was available) which resulted in someone side swiping our midsize SUV's rear fender. Access to the home's 3 car garage would definitely make a big difference. Aside from that, the staff at Abrams Coastal continues to be very responsive and knowledgeable (esp. Sally, Hunter and Steve) and a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism has been a contributing factor in our renting through Abrams since 2014.

  This home is the perfect balboa island rental. Location is key- a few doors down to the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants. Home is immaculate and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful large bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen remodeled and great living spaces for adults and kids.   This was the absolute best time our family has ever had vacationing in Balboa! The house was well equipped and met all our needs for space, bathrooms and kitchen ammenities. The location on the small island was wonderful, much quieter than ferry area and so close to downtown....easy! Not to mention the water was 1/2/block away. Cannot go wrong with this property ever!

  This home is utterly fantastic!It is very large with fresh and immaculate living spaces downstairs, large dining room, and spacious, fully equipped kitchen.Great for the whole family to gather and enjoy.The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderfully done.Two patios, one in front and one in back give you relaxing at the beach feel. There is a separate unit behind that is also beautifully decorated. Our multi-generational family comes here every year.The beach is just a couple of houses away. Balboa Island is so fun with it's shops, restaurants, the ferry,etc. So much to do and enjoy for everyone. Abrams manages the property so professionally-they are a dream to work with.Can't say enough about this home-trust me, you'll have a dream vacation here!

  The rental home was very well appointed for a vacation by a multi-generational family (two grandparents, four parents, and five grandsons (ages 16 - 8)). While the bedroom accommodation were great, we especially enjoyed the rooms for gathering for meals, games, movies, and conversation. The location is great: easy access to the village (shops, restaurants, small market), the supermarket across the bridge, the ferry, and the Peninsula. After days spent surfing, swimming, running, walking, and biking, access to the hot tub would have been nice, but that was truly the only draw-back to these wonderful accommodations.
