Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath family home in the 100 block of quiet Emerald Avenue. This lovely home boasts a large chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, large living room w/fireplace and french doors that lead out to an open patio w/BBQ. Hardwood floors throughout, inside laundry room, large master bedroom w/ deck, large back bedroom for the "kids", roof deck w/ water and city views, parking for 2 cars (1 garage space, 1 carport space), and central air conditioning! Summer rate $5000 plus fees and taxes per week, Saturday to Saturday bookings (seven night minimum) June 8th - September 1st. Available weekly and monthly off-season.

    Well equipped house. Kitchen had everything you would need. Garage had beach towels, beach chairs to take onto beach. Games cupboard well stocked. Quiet road near the ferry. Not air conditioned as advertised. We were family of 5 and good size. However with 10 people (which it can sleep) I think it would be a squash. Only seats 6 on outdoor table.
