Home has a wall heater downstairs and upstairs is heated with space heaters. There is a 2-car garage and shared laundry with upper unit in garage.

    This lovely home is perfect for the family vacation or just for the two of you. It is ideally located just steps from "Ruby Beach" and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Marine Ave. The home has a master bed / bath on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and hall bath upstairs. It is spacious and newly remodeled. We will definitely be returning! We had a small problem with the locks but Abrams was super quick to get it fixed!

    The home was in a perfect location. Very clean and had all the amenities that anyone could ask for. It’s a darling home. Hunter from Abrams was wonderful, whatever I needed he was right there to help. I will miss being at the Ruby home and truly miss the amazing neighbors.

    My stay at 319 Ruby was quite delightful. The property was well maintained and very well stocked with all the necessities. I definitely would recommend this property as it was cozy, clean and spacious. When I first arrived there were a few light bulbs which needed to be replaced. As soon as I notified Shannon at Abrams’, Hunter was there to take care of the issue. The location of this property was perfect. I loved the easy access to the boardwalk, beach and harbor. That was a bonus. Once again I would highly recommend this property with its well maintained charm, inviting deck, and its perfect location!
