This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely remodeled with such attention to detail it will make you not want to leave at the end of your stay. Located on the North Bay Front near Ruby beach with a large deck to relax, BBQ and take in all the scenery. The First floor has a open floor plan with living room, dinning area and kitchen which open to the deck. The lower level also has a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bath. The second floor has a guest room with two queen size beds, full bath, as well as, the master suite. The master suite has sweeping views of the Bay Front with a king size bed, sitting room, 3/4 bath and air conditioning.
This home rents out monthly off season at $7200/month.

    This is a great house and with Ruby Beach steps away it was perfect for our little ones and big ones. Perfect beach house on the water and the view from the master bedroom is great! We would definitely stay there again, our family loved it!!

    Beautiful, newly remodeled home on the beach. The house and location are fantastic - hard to beat. My family had a wonderful holiday here. The one ding on this property is that beds aren't made up. Putting sheets on 4 beds upon arrival isn't an ideal way to begin a high-end vacation.

    Had a great time with the family over Memorial Day Weekend. House is well kept and perfect location. Close to restaurants, candy shops, ferry etc. Def. worthwhile and very clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

    Pretty beach front home with great master bedroom view. Walking distance to quaint town and ferry to fun zone, boat rentals and pier. Nice large patio with plenty of seating and a barbeque.

    Great property for a family Christmas! With grown kids it was the perfect spot to gather for Christmas and visit family in the Newport Beach area. Perfect time to arrive during the Boat Festival. The front area was a perfect viewing spot. Great set up and living space.

    This was truly a delightful place to spend 3 weeks! The house was meticulously clean. Updated bathrooms were a real plus. We really enjoyed the kitchen and all it's amenities as well as a wonderful gas grill that I would like to have at my own home. Rooms and furniture were well thought out as they were not overrun with furniture yet provided several comfortable seating areas. The location was great. It is convenient to the main street of restaurants and shops yet far enough to not be bothered by a lot of traffic. Management company was very easy to work with and they responded immediately to our few questions when we first arrived. I would love to make this an annual destination!

    We arranged the beach-front rental late in the season, yet Shannon from Abrams found a perfect place for three generations of our family to meet. The rooms at 607 North Bay Front were clean, the bathrooms spotless, and the views spectacular – an altogether gorgeous home. The remodeled showers were almost worth the price of admission. We loved getting up to the sound of people walking and chatting along the bay front, opening the glass doors to the patio and on to the beach, the feel of the sand beneath our feet and the absence of mosquitos. Even for six adults and two children the house seemed spacious. I loved the kitchen inside and the gas barbeque out – whether steaks and burgers or warmed French bread and salmon filets, that barbeque made me a master.
    Now, so you know I haven’t been paid for this review, it’s time for a criticism or two. First, the bathrooms need a hair drier. The patio could use some better lighting so folks enjoying dinner on the patio after sunset can see what they’re eating and with whom they’re speaking. Given that the house can accommodate 8 people, one very large skillet (preferably non-stick) would help the cook. Think huevos rancheros in the mornings (ah, that bacon) and spaghetti sauce in the evenings. And no doubt those who fly in from elsewhere might love the convenience of an umbrella and some beach chairs – especially those with little ones.
    These criticisms are quibbles, absolutely microscopic, especially when the beauty of the home and the setting so overwhelm everything. Frankly, I enjoyed sweeping the sand from the patio. People would pass by and smile enviously. I’d smile back, say, “I manage hedge funds in New York,” or “I produce movies in Hollywood,” and cast a proud look at the house as if I owned it. Ah, celebrity is so fleeting, and Abrams charged nothing for it.
