Located on the quiet street of Emerald, this home has a large front patio, 3 bedrooms and 2 bath (3/4 bath down, full bath up), Master bedroom with a portable AC, a Large eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens to an interior patio with BBQ. All of it is delightfully decorated in true Beachy Balboa Style.

Seven night minimum and summer peak season reservations run Saturday to Saturday.
