Located on the 300 Block of the Grand Canal on the Big Island side and just a short distance to Marine Avenue with the shops and restaurants. The front patio exudes comfort and the perfect spot for your morning coffee, afternoon BBQ and people watching. Laminate floors throughout this 3 bedroom, 2 bath front cottage, cozy living room with fireplace, kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, sleep accommodations for 6 people include 1 queen size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a trundle in the main house, as well as, a separate back “kicker” room at the garage with a double size Murphy bed and 3/4 bath. Window A/C in bedrooms and portable A/C in living room (no A/C in kicker bedroom).Summer rate $3500 plus fees and taxes per week, Saturday to Saturday bookings June 8th- September 1st (regularly 7 night minimum). Available weekly and monthly off-season, rents monthly off season at $3700, 3 night minimum off season. Come with 3 Bikes and 2 Kayaks for guests use!
