You can’t beat the charm of this front patio! The location of this Balboa Island cottage on the Grand Canal waterfront is superb. The 300 block of Grand Canal (on the Big Island side) is just a short distance to bustling Marine Avenue's shops and restaurants. The front patio exudes comfort and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, afternoon BBQ, and evening glass of wine. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath front cottage has laminate floors throughout, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. It provides sleep accommodations for 6 people: 1 queen size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with trundle in the main house, as well as a separate back “kicker” room in the garage with a double size Murphy bed and 3/4 bath. Window A/C in bedrooms and portable A/C in living room (no A/C in kicker bedroom). This property generously includes 2 Bikes and 2 Kayaks for guests use. Get ready for fun times!

    The location was perfect on the canal and one block from the action on Marine. We could walk to all restaurants and shops. The cottage was charming and well appointed with anything you could need in the kitchen. It was clean and I would highly recommend this property to a friend. We used the two kayaks provided and the bikes. We rented a Duffy boat too. What a great getaway!
