This unit has a spacious open floor plan designed for comfort and enjoyment of the little Island views of the East Bayfront and wonderful breezes. Designed with attention to detail from the tile staircase entrance to the expansive front sliding glass doors which open for you to experience the outdoors while having the privacy of being inside or closed and covered by the electric blinds for those scorching days when you need the A/C. No expense was spared with top of the line appliances, lighting fixtures, quartz counter tops making this home a luxury get-a-way.
