Enjoy the large front patio, the open floor plan with living room and den both with fireplaces, dinning area open to the kitchen and a 3/4 bath downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a queen and full, both decorated with comfort in mind and they share Jack-n-Jill style full bath. Have a additional guests for a night or two, don't worry as the den has a queen size pull out sofa. Garage parking for two small vehicles and laundry is located in the garage. Sleeping accommodations. 4-6 people. Weekly rates, $2000-$4500.

    We visit Balboa Island often, this is our favorite property so far. Beautifully decorated, everything you need for an extended stay. Great location, nice quiet street. Enjoyed entertaining family and friends at this lovely home. We plan to return to this property soon.
