This is a fantastic location by the ferry. The first floor has hardwood floors and a spacious living room which opens to the dinning area and kitchen. The main floor has a bedroom with 2 double size beds and a 3/4 bath just outside the bedroom. The second level is carpeted and has 3 additional bedrooms, a queen bedroom ensuite with a full bath, a bunk room with the lower bunk being a full-size bed and the upper bunk with a twin size as well as a twin size trundle. The upper hall bath is a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 3/4 bath en suite and a small balcony. The laundry is a stack-able washer and dryer located on the second floor. This home comes complete with AC, interior dining patio, and 2 garage parking spaces.

WEEKLY: $2,800—$4,900 • MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $6,500

7-night minimum and Saturday to Saturday reservations for the peak season. Rates indicated do not include fees or taxes and vary by season/holiday. Prices are subject to change. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

    498 Park is a terrific family vacation home--we've had a great time staying here. Abrams Coastal have been a pleasure to work with. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which gave us all plenty of space. Terrific location steps away from the beach and the Balboa Island ferry. The house, while older, has every convenience. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay and can highly recommend

    Property was exactly as advertised. Was clean, well stocked with easy access to ferry and short walk to Marine Avenue. We were worried about possible noise or excessive traffic from people waiting for the ferry but had absolutely no issues! It was in a perfect spot and loved having the coffee/sandwich/bar right across the street.

    What a perfect home for Balboa fun. Close to everything. All the rooms had their own bathrooms and showers. Kitchen was good, had everything you need, had one issue and Abrams did their best to fix it. They were very accommodating! We will be back for sure and will be booking with Abrams Coastal! Thanks for the great memories.

    This year we stayed at 498 Park. The location a perfect, near a great restaurant and so close to the ferry. The next door neighbors are very friendly and kind. The upstairs deck is a great place to read and enjoy a sunny day. The home needs a little updating but all in all a great place to stay.
