Lovely stone masonry adorns the entrance to the front patio of 110 Garnet. Relaxing times await while enjoying the sun on the patio or shading oneself with the retractable awning and dining outside. This home has mainly hardwood laminate throughout and boasts comfort with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one queen size bedroom is located on the first floor with a 3/4 bath along with the spacious living room with fireplace and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, gas burning stove top, oven, microwave and warming drawer. Upstairs is a spacious family/den room with 65" TV, wet bar and reclining seats for movie nights, as well as, a deck that runs along the exterior of the den. There are 3 additional bedrooms are located upstairs, the master with a king bed and 3/4 bath, a queen bedroom with a 3/4 bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a hallway full bath with tub. Laundry is also located on the second floor. Let us not forget the rooftop deck for those gorgeous water views! This home comes complete with garage parking.

    Our whole family was quite comfortable in this 4bedroom 4bath home. The front patio was comfortable with the extra bonus of a view of the bay & boating activity. The retractable awning giving ample shade for eating outside at anytime of day.
    The house is located on a quiet street, close to the Ferry, Fun Zone, and restaurants. We brought food in from 501 Park, The Village Inn, Ciao, and had lunches out at Wilma’s Patio. All excellent restaurants. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by Abrams Costal Properties. They made every effort to insure our pleasant stay. We highly recommend getting a Balboa Bar at Too Sweet! The best on the island!
