Lovely stone masonry adorns the entrance to the front patio of 110 Garnet. Relaxing times await while enjoying the sun on the patio or shading oneself with the retractable awning and dining outside. This home has mainly hardwood laminate throughout and boasts comfort with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One queen size bedroom is located on the first floor with a 3/4 bath, along with the spacious living room with fireplace and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances, gas burning stove top, oven, microwave, and warming drawer. Upstairs is a spacious family/den room with 65" TV, wet bar, and reclining seats for movie nights, as well as a deck that runs along the exterior of the den. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs: the master with a king-size bed and 3/4 bath, a queen bedroom with a 3/4 bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a hallway full bath with tub. Laundry is also located on the second floor. Let us not forget the rooftop deck for those gorgeous water views! This home comes complete with garage parking.

    Good experience overall. Great house and good location. House could benefit from a deep clean particularly of the linens, e.g. quilts and mattress pads, and pillows. Some of the walls in the bathrooms could use a good scrub too. The pillows also all need to be replaced. They were terrible quality and/or dirty.

    This is our third year at this house. It is perfect for our family. It is spacious and the four bedrooms and four bathrooms are exactly what our family needs. The patio is awesome. The awning provides an incredible amount of shade. Looking forward to staying here again in 2024.
    I also want to give the Abrams staff a thank you. Steve,Howard and Sally are fantastic. They are caring and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

    We have vacation on Balboa Island several times in the past. Last year we noticed this lovely home was a weekly rental property. We decided to book it for this summer because the location was close to the ferry and it had four bedrooms which we needed. Abrams property management was a joy to work with. After receiving the garage door, opener and instructions, we proceeded to the house, and we’re blown away by how beautiful and well-equipped this home was! I will say it was the best one we have stayed in yet! The furnishings, and all the Decour, or very up-to-date and were multiple decks from which you could watch the boats on the water. Each of the four bedrooms was absolutely beautiful and the beds so comfortable. Having four full bathrooms was a real treat. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely rent here again in a heartbeat!

    The house is in a great location on the south side of the island about two blocks from the ferry and two houses to the sand. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is fully stocked including sand toys, chairs, etc for the beach, games and books for children. The beds are comfortable. The
    furniture is in good condition with the exception of the recliner couches upstairs that are a bit worn. The retractible awning on the front porch was great for sunny afternoons. It is very roomy with living spaces on the first floor and second floor to accommodate different ages and interests. We were definitely sad to leave.

    This is our 2nd year to rent this beautiful vacation home. We bring our 4 grandchildren, ages 19, 18 and 12 old twins who enjoyed every minute. This home has the perfect location, an easy, short walk to the ferry for beach access and a mini market and a nice walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We plan on renting again next summer!

    Our whole family was quite comfortable in this 4bedroom 4bath home. The front patio was comfortable with the extra bonus of a view of the bay & boating activity. The retractable awning giving ample shade for eating outside at anytime of day.
    The house is located on a quiet street, close to the Ferry, Fun Zone, and restaurants. We brought food in from 501 Park, The Village Inn, Ciao, and had lunches out at Wilma’s Patio. All excellent restaurants. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by Abrams Costal Properties. They made every effort to insure our pleasant stay. We highly recommend getting a Balboa Bar at Too Sweet! The best on the island!
