This upper back unit has recently been renovated with great attention to detail, fresh paint, recessed lighting, remodeled shower, new appliances, laundry added to unit, and quaintly decorated with all new furnishings the Balboa Island way. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double size on the bottom and a twin on top. You are just steps away from the North Bayfront and Ruby Beach as well as a of couple blocks from the Ferry leading to the Fun Zone. This unit also comes with a single car garage for parking.

Rented weekly during the peak season with a 7 night minimum and rented monthly or weekly off season. Rates indicated do not include fees or taxes, and vary for holiday weeks and Spring Break. Prices are subject to change. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

    Great apartment for a couple. Abrams very responsive to a few issues with unit--not a big deal. Construction nearby disruptive at the end of the week--should be complete in a few months. Garage will be limiting for a large vehicle (over 180 inches long) We would stay in this unit again.

    Enjoyed a stay. Walked the island every afternoon. The rental was small but enough space to move around and the second bedroom was a bonus.
