Relish this charming meticulously maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with with air-conditioning, private EV charging, brand new Coleman gas grill for your al-fresco dining on the enclosed side patio, new stackable Electrolux washer and dryer located in the master bedroom, additional outside washer and dryer for sandy beach towels. Enjoy paddle boarding from your private dock or lounging with a beverage of choice as the sun sets. When evenings get cool cozy up to the warmth of the living room fireplace while relaxing after a long day exploring Balboa Island. There are two moorings available if you choose to rent or bring a small boat.

    We have stayed in many Balboa rentals, but never on the canal. What a splendid location to study the earths' gravitational pull! The canal, with its' low tides allowed for safe, easy swimming and paddle boarding for the kids, plus access into the marina from either end. The house was as presented on line and well equipped for our week long stay. It was very clean after a very noticeable remodel and "freshen up"! The unique location, so close to Little Balboa, is for those who want a "little quieter vibe", yet just a half block from a bustling downtown.

    Finally, could not be a more friendly and professional property manager than Steve Corzan. We were thoroughly pleased and satisfied by our rental experience with Abrams Coastal. Bravo!
