    Once again Abrams came through for us. This house was perfect for our multi month stay on BI. Note that this is a home rather than a vacation house and more suitable for 2 or 4 people that prefer to spend their time in a rental that feels like you are in your own home. The location is quiet, friendly, and not surrounded by short term rentals. In other words perfect for anyone not intending to massively party on the island. One note is that while this house does have 3 bedrooms each en suite, there are no bathrooms outside of a bedroom which could be inconvenient if someone is sleeping in each of the bedrooms. For the two of us this is never a problem. The upstairs multi level bedroom with office, and deck with a view of the bay, and internal laundry, is an ideal layout for a mature couple or small family to live and work on Balboa Island. Steps from the ferry and the park and the bay without the noise of being further south or east. Perfect
