Recent upgrades include new flooring in the downstairs and carpet for the upstairs. The living room offers a fireplace, Smart TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience, with a dining area and an adjacent entertainment room with a fireplace. Wi-Fi supplied.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with views of the Canal and an automatic awning that can be opened or shut as you desire, along with its own A/C unit. Ceiling fans throughout the home, including all bedrooms. A queen bed and twin bunk beds in the other bedrooms make it comfortable for family and friends.

Shared laundry and one-car parking space in the garage.

    We had a wonderful stay at 312 Grand Canal. The home was very comfortable and clean and the decor very beachy. The location is great, right on the canal with beautiful water views from the living room and from the large main bedroom upstairs. The patio in front affords relaxing views and a lovely place to eat a meal. The home’s location on the Little Island is more relaxed and quite than the Big Island, but is also just a quick walk to Marine Avenue (or “Town” as my family always referred to it!”) Upon arrival the refrigerator’s filter was expired but was quickly replaced by management. Having a garage to park our car, hold our beach gear and use the washer and dryer was a big plus. All in all a great place to stay. Look forward to doing it again.

    Great rental all the way around. Has strong AC in the master and fans everywhere to stay cool. Location is perfect and Abrams was terrific to work always.
