Built in 2018, this ideally located 3 bedroom, 5 bath custom home was completed with the finest quality designer touches and exquisite attention to detail. Just one house away from the South Bayfront boardwalk and a short stroll to the charming center of town, 109 Onyx provides everything needed to enjoy first-class Island living. The lower level presents an open floor plan with sizable living and dining areas flanked by a private side courtyard. The gourmet kitchen is joined by a marble island and boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. Through wide folding doors, the spacious front patio provides fire pit, BBQ, outdoor heaters, and comfortable seating. On the second level, the front-facing primary suite features a luxuriously finished bathroom, walk-in closet, and expansive balcony with plenty of room for lounging. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms, including one with 2 sets of twin bunks. The third-level ensuite bonus room can be used as a bedroom or office, with a queen sofa bed and private deck complete with views of the Newport Harbor. Additional amenities include elevator to all levels, hardwood floors, indoor laundry room, central air conditioning, and two-car garage parking.

    This is a magical island and the home is exceptional. Just a few steps to the bay and short stroll to town. The house itself was beautiful and clean. The beds were like sleeping in a cloud and there is plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Truly an amazing place to stay.

    We just completed our second stay in as many years at 109 Onyx and found the home to be just as clean and comfortable this time around. The home itself is beautiful and our family appreciated the small touches (toothbrushes, paper towels etc) as well as the larger amenities like the top-notch kitchen appliances and beach gear. There aren't many rentals on the island that can comfortably sleep a larger family and our party of 7 all had a great week - Thank You !
