A few items found unsatisfactory were left in a note to Abrams. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Balboa. Joe, Sally and Hunter in the Abrams office were exceptionally professional and nice.

Jarrod, Sally and Hunter at Abrams are wonderful!!!!!!! . . . Although we would have liked to have been on the water, the cost of a waterfront property kept us from that experience. The house we rented was at the quiet end of the island which made up for the fact it was not the water.
