  We had family members join us from Canada so renting two side by side homes on the bay front was wonderful. The kids big (parents) and small were on the sand first thing in the morning until late in the day...where we could all watch from the comfort of the patio with a cocktail in hand! This home was perfect for my mom, great grandmother of 13, and my husband who is ill from cancer as there are no steps at all. This was our third year staying in this home and we will most likely stay again!

  We loved staying on the North Bay Front and had a great time. I would have LOVED the house if owners would invest small amt time and money in decorating bedrms. Beds need lamps to read by. Living rm could use lamps and an additional loveseat for company.
  I hope you will give me the opportunity to rent this unit again.

  Growing up our family alway spent a few weeks on Balboa Island so it was great seeing the children of our children doing exactly what we did, building or burying things in the sand, making shells pretty with glitter and having a Balboa Bar. We have a picture
  taken on the bay wall of my Mother surrounded by 10 of her 13 great Grandchildren....a memory to keep forever!
