Lovely family home close to South Bayfront with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This spectacular home has a large living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, front patio for relaxing with your morning coffee and roof deck with views of the South Bayfront along with BBQ and seating, two-car garage, laundry.

Available early June to late September. 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday bookings. Rates indicated do not include fees or taxes, and vary for holiday weeks and Spring Break. Prices are subject to change. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

    Very enjoyable experience. 3rd year in a row that we have rented this house. We like the location, close to the ferry and boardwalk around the island and good access to the bay with a short haul for our kayaks to the water. Rooftop deck has a great view and nice breeze in the evening and is great for rooftop dining for our family and friends at the separate dining table. Barbecue on deck makes it convenient.

    Wonderful house in a perfect location. Close to the beach and the ferry. It is well stocked for anyone that wants to cook. We will come back.

    This was our third stay at this beautiful home. The location near the ferry and close to the bay front and beach is perfect. We used their bikes to roam the island and to see the huge waves at the Wedge. This home has everything needed to cook and entertain, and the rooftop deck is the best place to enjoy the sunset and views over the water. We rented paddle boards across the bay which was great fun. Service from the rental company was great when we needed an extra trash can (previous guests missed the trash pickup), and key pick up and drop off was easy. We can't wait to return!
