Just returned from a one week stay at 110 Ruby. The property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to the water, the ferry and the downtown area. The property was well equipped, very clean and tthe rental agent very responsive.

Our family of 12 spent two weeks on Balboa Island. This was our 17th year with our kids and grandkids. The two houses fit us well and they were very well equipped. Our only disappointment was that the patios did not have more seating.
By the way Fremont is spelled with one e.

This is the first time we have rented a house for a vacation. Although we got off to a rocky start with missing linens, we ended up having a very enjoyable stay. This is a great location. Easy to walk to the main street and the ferry and very convenient to take trips to San Diego and LA. We would definitely stay here again.

Rented the entire house for 1 week (upstairs & downstairs) for entire family. Overall, everything went very smooth. Rental agents were wonderful, too. Only problem was that 1 week went by too quickly. Look forward to returning next summer.

Everything was great except the jet taking off from John Wayne directly over Ruby street starting at 7 Am. I guess on get used to if you live there. The property was fine, well located and comfortable.

Our family was comfortable, relaxed and at home on Ruby! With the bay beach just a few doors down and town a few blocks away, we had an awesome week! We just needed a broom and a couple more fans.

Well stocked, great location, nice decor. It was our second year staying in this property and we love it. There were many scooters and toys in part of the garage, so we only got to park in the garage some of the time, as opposed to last year when we had a dedicated garage parking spot. Very important, especially during the boat parade.

Stayed at 110 Ruby, Balboa Island, CA. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Nice downstairs unit and great location near South Bayfront. Some view of bay from front patio. Negatives are have to bring own linens, soaps, paper products, plane noise from nearby airport, not enough room in garage for two cars as indicated in rental agreement.

This is the 3rd or 4th year we have rented 110 and 110 1/2 Ruby and each year the family expierence gets better. We hope the owners continue to rent to us since this kind of property is unique. It is perfect for our family, with 6 people upstairs and 5
people downstairs. There are not a lot of properties on the Island this close to the beach where we can all be together for two weeks. I can understand how the owners feel they can increase their income by rent to rear round tenets. So please let us know if
can rent it again next year as soon as they make a decision and tell them thanks for giving our family this special place in the sun.

We did enjoy our stay. Close enough to the beach for even the youngest to walk back to the house.

We did notice a shortage on some items. There were very few cereal bowls so we did buy some and left them there for others. We also would have liked a better supply of cleaning products to help us during the week. No cleanser, or very little of other products.

All in all, it was a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the island.
