The main living area is upstairs and has an open floor plan, living room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen with dishwasher. This home also features 2 small decks: one off the dining area with BBQ, and one off the master bedroom. There is a queen-size pullout sofa, which brings sleeping accommodations at this property to 6 people. In the garage, there is shared laundry along with a one-car parking space.

The photos and descriptions were exactly what we saw. It was clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the location and the proximity to Marine Ave. Steve, and Howard at Abrams were great to work with! We would definitely rent this one again and definitely rent with Abrams again.

  I enjoyed my stay very much until the Covid-19 invaded our country, the blinds are very old and need to be replaced along with the outside furniture coverings. The chairs are very rickety and not stable but since it was only one person staying it didn't make a difference. I loved the location. Abrams are the best and very accommodating. Great rental agency. Overall experience was excellent, the property just needs some updating. Lovely tenant in the lower rental, and garage and laundry were a plus. Would enjoy renting it again.

  First, the person at Abrams was so prepared that when I called a few days before arriving, he knew who I was and where I was staying before I finished my first sentence. Second, the check-in was simple and just entailed picking up the prepared package of keys and garage door opener. Third, the apartment was clean, comfortable, as good as pictured and met all of our expectations. Fourth, the location, next to Marine and steps away from a shortcut to Marine, was perfect. Fifth, we can think of no way to improve the experience.

  We stayed 10 days at this great vacation rental with our 3 yr old son. It was in a great location, so close to everything yet set on a back street, so you have no traffic noises. The neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. Our family lives on "Little Island" and we loved that we could easily walk home after a late dinner in the evenings. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that it was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The big tub was enjoyed by our son so much that he asked for baths in the middle of the day! The staff that booked us (Amy) was so nicce, helpful and we highly recommend anyone who wants to have a great place to stay on vacation book with them! Mahalo, Deva Hunt and Family.
