The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs amenities include living room with fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, and a kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms including the master bedroom which has a walk-in closet and balcony with water views. There is a 2-car garage and laundry for your parking and laundry needs.

It was spacious and comfortable. The front porch was a great place to spend time with friends or to relax with a book. Still super close to the bayfront so walking paddle boards up was no big deal.   We love, love Balboa Island! It is the perfect place to enjoy everything the beach offers! We loved just relaxing together, enjoying the sun and being at the bay. Often we would walk to Marine Ave. and enjoy the numerous shops and restaurants. We were saddened to hear of the loss of the local owners of Alex’s, the wonderful clothing store. We took the ferry and enjoyed the Fun Zone, and walked to the pier to enjoy Ruby’s Restaurant. Overall, we had a fabulous vacation!

  We enjoyed the location of this place with our young boys (8 & 10). It was nearby a beach Which made easy access to paddle boards and kayaks on the bay. The house was hot during the last two weeks of July. The house definitely needs more fans than it had. We had to constantly move them around. The kitchen was well stocked with any supply you could imagine. Furnishings were very ample for our group too. The two car garage was fantastic for our large SUV - we had no issue parking it at all, but if you needed two cars in it, there are bikes hanging on one side that would take up that spot, second cars will need to find street parking. We enjoyed all the things this property had to offer but wish it had air conditioning for the times we needed a break from the sun and beach. Abrams management group was amazing to work with, efficient and quick to respond to any issues that arose with great professionalism. We would definitely stay again during cooler months of the year.

  We were very happy with the amenities that the house offered. Unfortunately the house to the left (not the house under construction) put on a new roof startling on Monday. What a mess! We had shingle dust and debris all over the patio and inside. We were unable to use the outside patio during the day for the first3 days of our stay. After cleaning up the shingle dust from the removal, then we had to contend with 2 days of sawing wood(a 1/2 in. Of saw dust all over) not to mention the noise. Our evenings were lovely after I spent well over an hour cleaning up after the roofers days of work. We survived and my family loved being together and we made great "lemonade from the lemons"!

  Our stay this summer at the Diamond house was enjoyable. Again we were greeted with very hot days but the house fans made even the upstairs tolerable. The home is lovely and accomodating and nicely appointed. Having 4 bathrooms is certainly a plus! The kitchen is small but well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Having two tables with umbrellas on the front patio served our group well! Thanks Abrams for another great vacation on Balboa Island!
