1301 North Bayfront

Quintessential North Bayfront Beach cottage just around the corner from Marine Avenue's shops and restaurants. Enjoy the front patio along the Boardwalk for the view, boating, and daily Island activity. This property has 3 bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bed + twin trundle. The second bath is full and off the hall area. For the adventurist youth, there is a loft area that overlooks the living room below. The bedrooms have been recently carpeted and new TV’s have been added to the living room and bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the front patio includes a charcoal BBQ. The garage has shared laundry and a one-car parking space. Lastly, there is almost always a large, sandy beach in front of the home.

  We got excellent help from Abrams Realty office. There were many nice choices as it was off season. The house we stayed in was very nice. I could look out the windows at the water, dine on the patio or take my beach chair just outside my front doors. The kitchen was more than adequate and if you do not want to cook there are several great grocery stores with items for dining at your place. There is a lovely new market on the island. Some great restaurants are also nearby. The wonderful thing about the island is that you can walk everywhere. The Mexican restaurant in town is really good....picante Martin. There is also the Royal Hen and my new favorite Park Ave Cafe...501 Park Ave...exquisite. Also...the Viallage Inn which has wonderful music on thurs thru Sundays...we loved it! I love the island we went there as kids and it is wonderful. I would love to live there!!!!!

  We had a wonderful time on balboa island and this house worked perfect for us. On the north harbor, easy access for our paddle boards and kayaks. It was hot the week were there but the house didn't get too hot given the direction it was facing. It is the first street off the main island street so parking is a little tougher than other places but never parked further than a street away. We have used Abrams many times, always great service.

  We have been to the Balboa Island and Newport Beach area on vacation many times. This was a great place to stay on the island. We enjoyed being on the water and having easy access for paddle boarding and kayaking. Not as active on the north bay front vs. the South, but it was a hot week so the place was cooler than when we have stayed on the South Bay Front. It is a little harder for parking since only one street over from the main street, but we never had to park farther than one street. There were 6 of us and it was a perfect size.

  We had a great time! We stayed for 6 weeks during our house remodel and loved it here! The house is very cute, very neat and clean and has everything you need. We loved the bay/sand as a front yard and our son doesn't want to go back to our real house. Very convenient location to the water, the cute shops on Marine Ave, and yummy restaraunts. Of course we enjoyed a Balboa (ice cream) Bar too! This is a fantastic place to walk around the island and great people watching too. I would highly recommend this unit. Having the garage and laundry was a real plus. Abrams Realty was very helpful and available. A 10 out of 10 if you ask me. Have Fun!!!

  We rented both 1301 and 1301.5 to accommodate our various family members. We had one terrific time! The house is in a perfect location and was in pristine condition. We want to do it again next year!
